Warranty and complaints

The products marketed by Sam Sports are covered by the manufacturer's standard warranty and the legal guarantee as provided for by Legislative Decree February 2, 2002 n. 24 (henceforth Legislative Decree 24) and the related provisions in the Italian legislation. To take advantage of this warranty, the Customer must keep the bill of sale that receive together with the delivery of the product purchased.

Warranty conventional

The manufacturer's standard warranty is given in the manner provided in the documentation within the product packaging or according to the information available on the website of the same. Normally this service is provided directly by manufacturers of goods sold and, where the practice of the latter so requires, Sam Sports will collaborate in the management of the service.
Legal guarantee

Under Decree 24/02, the legal guarantee has a term of 24 months and is reserved for the final consumer (as a "natural person who is acting for purposes unrelated to the business or profession" art. 1, paragraph 1, letter. B of the Legislative Decree 185). Not true, in other words, for businesses, entrepreneurs and professionals in the contract that uses VAT. The legal guarantee is personal: it is directed only to the original purchaser (as a direct client).
When you apply

It applies to all those products that have defects, failures and malfunctions that is pre-existing object at the time of purchase. The product must always be used properly and in accordance with the normal care, and respecting its intended use and the instructions given in the relevant technical documentation.

How to obtain warranty service

The customer will have to contact Sam Sports at the following address: assistenza@samsports.it, specifying the number of the invoice; item defective; a brief description of the malfunction been deferred, reporting any tests already carried out to check the conformity of the product. In any case, if as a result of an intervention by technician Sam Sports, of the defects does not result in lack of conformity according to Legislative Decree 24 will be charged to the Customer for any costs incurred to verify and repair (30,00 EURO ), as well as shipping costs and delivery if supported by Sam Sports.
Causes of

void warranty

In the event that, Sam Sports, could not make the customer the product warranty (replaced or repaired), the same may in its discretion proceed to refund the amount paid (excluding shipping costs incurred) or to replace it with a product of equal or greater value. Sam Sports is not responsible for loss of any data object in assistance. The timing for the replacement and repair of the product depends solely on the policies of the manufacturer. Sam Sports is not responsible in any way for damages for any delays in repairs or replacements.
