Warranty and complaints

The products marketed by Sam Sports are covered by the manufacturer's standard warranty and the legal guarantee as provided for by Legislative Decree February 2, 2002 n. 24 (henceforth Legislative Decree 24) and the related provisions in the Italian legislation. To take advantage of this warranty, the Customer must keep the bill of sale that receive together with the delivery of the product purchased.

Warranty conventional

The manufacturer's standard warranty is given in the manner provided in the documentation within the product packaging or according to the information available on the website of the same. Legal guarantee
