Warranty and complaints
The products marketed by Sam Sports are covered by the manufacturer's standard warranty and the legal guarantee as provided for by Legislative Decree February 2, 2002 n. 24 (henceforth Legislative Decree 24) and the related provisions in the Italian legislation. To take advantage of this warranty, the Customer must keep the bill of sale that receive together with the delivery of the product purchased.
The manufacturer's standard warranty is given in the manner provided in the documentation within the product packaging or according to the information available on the website of the same. Normally this service is provided directly by manufacturers of goods sold and, where the practice of the latter so requires, Sam Sports will collaborate in the management of the service.
Under Decree 24/02, the legal guarantee has a term of 24 months and is reserved for the final consumer (as a "natural person who is acting for purposes unrelated to the business or profession" art. 1, paragraph 1, letter. B of the Legislative Decree 185). Not true, in other words, for businesses, entrepreneurs and professionals in the contract that uses VAT.
